Whether new construction, additions or full house restorations, FEDER PARTNERS has worked in multiple styles and modalities.  Ranging from traditional to mid-century, Spanish to contemporary, we love creating beautiful architectural ‘art’ as home.  All of our designs incorporate the latest trends and requirements for current green and sustainable building practices.

FEDER PARTNERS builds exclusively with our dependable ‘family’ of vendors, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors with whom we have long-term, productive and efficient relationships.  Their high standards and reliability are a cornerstone of our process, and the hallmark of being detail-oriented is a requirement for everyone on our team.

Clients often challenge us to source and install exotic, unusual, or luxurious materials, and we remain committed to finding innovative methods to do so at reasonable rates.  Our familiarity with different styles of architecture and design extends to understanding just which materials and finishes are appropriate to each situation; no two homes are alike, and we know well that what works for one client is not necessarily what the next client wants or needs.  Much of our work involves artisan levels of craftsmanship, and we have many resources (both suppliers and practitioners) available to accomplish any specialized requirements.
